Pablo Center welcomes all patrons and strives to ensure everyone has equal access to our facility and events.

ADA Seating

Accessible seating is available for patrons with alternative seating requirements (who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices). Adjacent companion seats are reserved for guests accompanying individuals purchasing ADA seating tickets.

ADA seating may be purchased online or through the box office.

  • In the RCU Theatre ADA seats are in Row C and Row O on the Orchestra Level and Row JJ in the Balcony.
  • In the Jamf Theatre ADA seats are in Row A.
  • Companion seating are marked in our seating charts and ticketing site map with a ‘C’.

ADA Parking & Valet

There are two ADA parking spaces on Eau Claire Street, adjacent to the main entrance of the building. The main entrance of the building is directly location in front of Haymarket Plaza.

In addition, to increase access and ease for all patrons visiting Pablo Center during events, we have expanded valet parking services. We offer complimentary Valet Parking for patrons who have purchased an ADA event ticket, and to those with limited mobility or with a disability, regardless of Pablo Center ticket classification.

Valet starts one hour before a performance. Vehicle drop-off is at the corner of Graham Avenue and Gibson Street.

Hearing Impaired

Pablo Center is equipped with an assistive listening system in Jamf and RCU Theatre. Assistive listening devices enable patrons who have difficulty hearing to enhance their sound reception and audio amplification during performances.Several sound receivers are available for hearing assistance. Pablo Center’s Box Office provides units that work with an earpiece or can be hooked up to a Loop or T-Coil. The audio devices and headphones are available at the box office the night of the event.

Qualified ASL interpretation is available upon request. Please give the Pablo Box Office at least four weeks' notice to schedule an ASL interpreter.

Sensory Kits

Ten (10) sensory kits are available to check out for use in the Pablo Center. Each kit contains tools that can help with relaxation, such as earplugs, headphones, sunglasses, and fidget toys. Visitors can check out a sensory kit at the Box Office located in Pablo Center’s lobby. 

Quiet Room

A Quiet Room is available upon request for sensory needs and/or breastfeeding accommodations. Running water is available in the restrooms directly across from the Quiet Room (second floor, room 223).

Visually Impaired

Several magnifying glasses are available to use for viewing programs, gallery installation plaques, art, etc. Please check them out at the Box Office 

Large print programs and Braille synopses of playbills are available free of charge. Please contact Pablo Center’s Box Office ahead of time to request this accommodations. Please give Pablo Center two (2) weeks' notice. 

Wheelchairs

A limited number of manual wheelchairs available for use. Pablo Center at the Confluence has three floors reachable through elevator access.
