Location & Hours of Operation

Day Of Event: Box Office Staff are available to take cash, check, and credit card purchases, as well as distribute will-call tickets starting one hour before scheduled performances.

Business Hours: Available in-person and online via phone and email, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tickets for events and performances may be purchased by phone during box office hours, or any time online through our Pablo Center Calendar.

Methods of Delivery - Will Call, Mailing, and AXS Mobile ID

  • Will Call: Tickets will be available for pick up on the day of the show at Pablo Center's Box Office starting one hour prior to the performance. Tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved by the original purchaser. Ticket purchaser must present their photo ID at the box office to pick up their Will Call tickets. There is a $2.50 processing charge for online Will Call purchases.
  • Mailing: Select mailing and have tickets delivered right to your door. Three weeks prior to the event, your tickets will be sent to you via USPS (United States Postal Service) and will arrive in 5-10 business days. The last mailing is one week before the event. There is a $5 plus tax fee for postage and handling. 
  • AXS Mobile ID: Free, secure, and easy to use, AXS Mobile ID is the digital ticketing technology that safely and securely manages your tickets online or through the AXS mobile app. It also gives you the ability to transfer, sell, and buy seats through an official and verified resale marketplace.

Patrons assume all risk of illness or injury associated with attending a live performance with other patrons, including, without limitation, the possibility of exposure to or infection by COVID-19. Purchase and/or use of a ticket for an event represents a release of liability and a waiver of the right to sue Confluence Council, Inc., doing business as Pablo Center at the Confluence, its management, employees or agents, and any artists, performers, or volunteers, for any and all injuries, including illness, disability, or death, resulting from such causes. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
