Nearly ten years ago, this community made a significant investment in Pablo Center at the Confluence.
Today, more than 100,000 people walk through our doors each year for performances, education programs, community events, visual arts, youth programs, and experiences that reach far beyond our stages.
Now it's our responsibility to protect that investment and prepare it for the next decade.
AMPLIFY is a $10 million campaign to strengthen Pablo Center financially, reinvest in the building and technology that make our work possible, and create more opportunities for people throughout our community.
Why now?
Pablo Center's success doesn't mean the work of building a strong institution is finished.
As we approach our tenth anniversary, many of the things our audiences never see are approaching ten years of use, too.
Production equipment needs to be replaced. Technology needs to be upgraded. Building systems need continued investment. Long-term financial obligations still need to be addressed.
These aren't the most visible parts of Pablo Center, but they are what make everything else possible.
AMPLIFY allows us to make those investments intentionally now, rather than waiting until they become urgent needs later.
It also gives us the opportunity to strengthen Pablo Center's financial position so more resources can go toward our mission instead of past obligations.
This is about making sure the place our community built is financially and physically ready for another decade of service.

After nearly a decade of performances, events, rehearsals, classes, and community use, our building and equipment require continued investment.
AMPLIFY will help Pablo Center replace and upgrade production equipment, technology, building systems, security, and other infrastructure so our spaces remain safe, reliable, and capable of supporting the experiences our community expects.
OPEN THE DOORS WIDER
The cost of a ticket shouldn't determine whether someone gets to experience the arts.
AMPLIFY will allow us to expand free and reduced-cost access for children, families, veterans, first responders, and others throughout our community.
It means more people can experience what happens here, regardless of their ability to pay.
CREATE MORE OPPORTUNITY
Pablo Center is also a place to learn, create, experiment, and grow.
AMPLIFY will create greater capacity for education and outreach, local artists, youth programming, STEAM and robotics, community partnerships, and new programming.

Why $10 million?
This campaign is designed to do something important: address today's responsibilities while creating capacity for tomorrow.
Some of the investment will go toward needs that can't wait forever: financial obligations, aging equipment, technology, and infrastructure.
Some will allow Pablo Center to become financially stronger and more resilient.
And some will go directly toward expanding the work people experience every day: access, education, artists, young people, and community programming.
Doing one without the other isn't enough.
Expanding programs without taking care of the foundation underneath them isn't sustainable.
And simply maintaining what we have without continuing to grow our impact isn't enough either.
AMPLIFY allows us to do both.
$3.5 million already committed.
Before AMPLIFY was publicly launched, donors had already committed $3.5 million toward the $10 million goal.
That early support represents more than progress toward a number.
It represents trust.
People believe Pablo Center is worth protecting. They believe in where we're headed. And they're willing to invest in making sure this organization remains strong for the future.
Now, that early support has created an opportunity for others to join them.

$1.6 MILLION MATCH
Of the $3.5 million already committed, $1.6 million has been designated as matching funds.
That means the next $1.6 million donated to AMPLIFY can be matched dollar for dollar.
$100 becomes $200.
$500 becomes $1,000.
$5,000 becomes $10,000.
Together, the next $1.6 million in gifts can become $3.2 million invested in Pablo Center's future.
