More than anything, we want to involve and engage YOU in this Festival! Our core values are engagement, creativity, community, and growth, and we simply cannot succeed without your valuable participation, interest, and support.

Detailed audition and employment information will be posted here as it becomes available. The list below gives brief descriptions of the roles we are still seeking - if a search is active, a position description will be linked below which will include methods and deadlines for applications.

Production

All production positions have been filled for the 2024 season.

Literary

Outside of production elements, our Improbable Fiction: New Works series engages playwrights and volunteer readers/adjudicators. These positions have been filled for the Summer 2024 season

Education

All education positions have been filled for the 2024 season.

Administrative

Every year, our Festival staff are supported by an incredible team of arts administration interns. Many of these students can join us from our partnership with UW-Eau Claire’s Department of Music & Theatre Arts and their Arts Administration certificate program, but internship opportunities are available to all.
