ARTmobile connects children and families with the visual arts both in person and online. Its purpose is to provide fun and relevant art projects that have an educational aspect to them. These art projects are adaptable, with limited supplies, and are intended to take less than a half-hour to create under the guidance and supervision of the parent or guardian of the child.

NEW Fantastical Art Workshops

These quarterly Family Art Workshops are designed to give parents and children a fun, hands-on opportunity to unplug, create together, and leave with a unique work of art and lasting memories. No artistic experience is needed.

Cost: $40 per parent/child (pair of seats) for each workshop date, $20 for each additional child.

Saturday August 22, Mermaid Mobiles - Family Art Workshop

Summertime is all about collecting things; whether that be tan lines, sea shells, or simply good vibes. Like a glistening fish tail, these hot months swim by in the flick of a fin. Let’s take a pause to make mobiles inspired by the magic of a seaside beach stop. WAIT! – Is that a mermaid you spot?

Saturday November 21, Dragon Drawings - Family Art Workshop

In autumn, cooling temps turn the leaves the color of flames against a sky of sapphire. From ruby maple trees to golden ginkgos, nature provides a rich color palette. Decorate a dragon egg with all the hues of the season - as we reflect on what we truly treasure.

Saturday February 20, Winter Gnome Homes - Family Art Workshop

In the long cold dark of winter, cheer can be found by the glow of a lantern or the twinkling of a friend’s smile. It is often in these small points of light that the greatest warmth can prevail. Make a home for a gnome, and take a moment to appreciate the little things in life.

Saturday May 22, Flower Fairies - Family Art Workshop

Spring is here, the flowers are blooming, and new fairies are emerging into the world. Go on adventure as we explore, appreciate, and make art about the magical beauty of everyday nature that is all around us.
