About Fabulous Florals & Fine Art

Floral Interpretations of Fantastic Artwork

Fabulous Florals & Fine Art is an annual art exhibition that resides in each spring in the James W Hansen Gallery at Pablo Center at the Confluence. Artists and florists are paired together to create floral arrangements that represent the beauty of the artwork they are to reflect.

Delight your senses and celebrate the coming spring at this highly anticipated annual event. Area florists create stunning arrangements interpreting works of fine art; a botanical fantasia the whole family can enjoy. Hurry, the exhibit will last only as long as the flowers!

Floral Designers are tasked with creating original floral designs inspired by the work of art assigned to them. Guidelines for floral interpretations are that the design consist mostly of live cut plant materials. Other elements such as dried materials, wood and rocks and a fantastic choice of container can be utilized but the real skill should be interpretation using fresh-cut materials.
