COVID-19 Visitor Protocols Lifted as of March 12

As of March 12, 2022, Pablo Center has lifted our COVID-19 Visitor Protocols. Guests will no longer be required to show proof of negative test or proof of vaccination. This decision is made with guidance from Eau Claire City-County Health Department and in coordination with building partners. Regardless of vaccination status, guests are strongly encouraged to continue wearing masks.

PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT

SICK POLICY

If you are unwell, please stay home. If you or a member of your party is experiencing symptoms similar to those of COVID-19 or have had known exposure to someone with COVID-19, please stay home.

TICKET REFUND POLICY

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to work through performance reschedules, cancelations, and other COVID-19 related changes. If there is an issue for a ticket purchaser or if they are feeling unwell, we’ll provide them with a refund before your event.

Refunds can be received by emailing boxoffice@pablocenter.org. Email is preferred for the quickest response or by calling the box office between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR PARTY

If you are a ticket-holder, it is your responsibility to communicate Pablo Center’s visitor COVID-19 and other policies. Approximately 3-4 days before your event, you will receive a pre-show email with a reminder of our policy and a visit guide. Please share this information with your entire party so they know what to expect when they arrive.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE

GALLERY & CONCESSION HOURS

Concessions and galleries open two hours before the start of the performance. Patrons are encouraged to grab a beverage or snack at one of our four concession locations to enjoy in our lobby or at their seats.

BOX OFFICE LOCATION

For day-of-event purchases and will call ticket pick-ups, please visit the BMO Harris Box Office in the lobby of Pablo Center. The box opens two hours before scheduled performances.

COMPLIMENTARY COAT CHECK

Enjoy all your Season 4 performances worry-free. Take advantage of our free coat and bag check services, located on the corner of Brady & Jeanne Foust Gallery and the OakLeaf Physician's Lobby.

We have installed Eagle X Pro Air-Ionizers which serve as a total indoor air quality solution by neutralizing harmful pathogens and reducing indoor VOCs.

Local Testing Resource

Pablo Center at the Confluence is pleased to partner with Curative, an essential health services provider, to offer both rapid antigen and PCR COVID-19 testing via a testing trailer in front of Pablo Center in Haymarket Plaza. Testing is available at no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Rapid antigen test results are delivered electronically within 15 - 30 minutes; PCR test results are delivered within 1 - 2 days upon receipt of the sample at the lab. This service is open to anyone in the community, whether you are attending a Pablo Center performance or not. To schedule an appointment, visit curative.com. Walk-ups are also welcomed.

 To guarantee availability of test, appointments for PCR and antigen testing are highly encouraged.

Ticket-Holders

We thank you for your patience and your understanding as we work through each individual show to ensure the best options to present to our ticket-holders. All ticket-holders for each individual performance will be contacted electronically if there are any event updates. Ticketing options are available for each unique show and event.  These options could include:

• Moving the tickets to a rescheduled performance
• A potential ability to watch a live stream of the concert or event
• Donating the value of the tickets back to presenting group or Pablo Center
• Receiving a full refund within 30 days of the announcement of the reschedule or cancelation

For rescheduled performances, tickets will be automatically updated to reflect the new date. For cancellations and for those requesting a refund within 30 days, credit card transactions will be credited automatically. For cash transactions, please contact the box office to receive a check. Pablo Center’s box office is available in-person or online at 715.832.ARTS (2787) Monday - Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts organization, Pablo Center would appreciate if ticket-holders would consider donating the value of their tickets to Pablo Center should they not be able to attend.
