What you need to know before attending an event or visiting Pablo Center.

There is nothing more important to us than the happiness, health, safety, and well-being of every person who comes through our doors. Our COVID-19 procedures are effective starting on September 11, 2021 and have been extended until August 1, 2022. If pandemic conditions improve, we will revisit our current procedures and make adjustments to relax protocols as possible.

THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS FOR ALL GUESTS AGES 12 Years Or Older:

  • Provide proof of vaccination
  • Provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 Hours

PROOF OF VACCINATION

What do I need?

You’ll need your official vaccination card or a photo (digital or physical) present when checking in to the building. This will be presented with your ticket. You will need BOTH doses of the vaccine and it will need to be 14 DAYS from your second vaccination. You will also need a government-issued ID (ex's: driver's license, CAC or Military ID, passport, social security card) that matches the name on your vaccination card. Children under the age of 16 will not be required to show a photo ID when arriving with an adult.

What if I lost my vaccination card?
  • If you lost your vaccination card and reside in Wisconsin, click here.
  • If you lost your vaccination card and reside in Minnesota, click here.
  • If you live anywhere other than the states listed and need to recover your vaccination records, click here.
Does it matter which COVID-19 vaccine I received?

Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson are all accepted at Pablo Center.

Do I need a booster shot?

Currently, you only need to show proof of having two doses at least 14 days before your event.

What if I don't want to or can't provide proof of vaccination?

Not a problem. You can provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of arrival.

PROOF OF NEGATIVE TEST

Who needs to be tested?

Everyone 12 years or older without proof of vaccination or if it has not been 14 days since your second vaccine dose must be tested. Exceptions to this are allowed for children ages 12 - 17 with special needs who can remain masked inside the building unless eating or drinking.

Do children 11 and under need to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test?

No. Children 11 or under do not have to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. Masking is still required for all guests over the age of 2.

What do I need?

A negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of arrival (digital or physical) and a government-issued ID (ex's: driver's license, CAC or Military ID, passport, social security card) that matches the name on the test. Children under the age of 16 will not be required to show a photo ID when arriving with an adult. This can be physical or digital.
