About Colin Davin

Guitarist Colin Davin is hailed for his “precision, musical intelligence, and passion” (Cleveland Classical). This young rising star has performed from Carnegie Hall with Jessye Norman, to the Aspen Festival with Sharon Isbin, to ‘Late Night’ with David Letterman, and beyond. You’ll be interested to know he enjoyed a very big Wisconsin welcome when he performed with the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra for an audience of 35,000 people! He’s performed with the New Mexico Symphony, Richmond Symphony, Champaign-Urbana Symphony, and recently was engaged by the San Diego Symphony for a special Spanish/Italian guitar program. Colin is “the real thing, a player with a virtuoso’s technique, a deeply expressive musicianship, and a probing imagination” (American Record Guide).
