Culinary Arts with Chippewa Valley Technical College
June 13 - 17 | Daily 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Pablo Center at the Confluence is partnering with Chippewa Valley Technical College's Culinary Management program to offer students the opportunity to be Chef’s in a student run restaurant. Days 1-4 we will be preparing our items, working with recipes, and tasting preparation to make sure it’s ready for service on our last day of class. On the culminating day 5, we will offer our items for sale to parents/relatives or friends of the student chefs.
Tickets (2 per student chef) will be available for presale via the students Monday thru Thursday.
The program is located at CVTC’s Business Education Center.
Cost: $140 per student | Free to ECASD students.
Recommended Grade Level: Grades 7 - 9
Program Capacity: 24 Participants
