Join the Culinary Team for this week-long cooking class! Learn how to properly use a chef’s knife and prepare meals using produce from Square Roots Farm. Get ready to be immersed in culinary culture and eat some fantastic, fresh food.
Cost: Free for ECASD students | Non-ESASD students $90
Recommended Grade Level: 4th-6th Grade
Program Capacity: 14 Participants
